Every year, the United Nations designates June 26th as the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. To remember this day, The CRADA Community organized a rally against the Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on 26th June at Aandankulam, Mannar. The rally commenced at 9.00 a.m. The Grama Niadharies of Adampan, the youth, the students of R.C.T.M.S from Adampan and many people participated in this rally. This rally was organized in order to bring to the awareness of the people that today, the families, the youth and the students have to face many unwanted problems in the society because of the usage of Drugs. To make the rally impressive, they have arranged Planting Trees on this special day, as a day to remember.
