The Church of Our Lady of Good Health at District General Hospital Mannar has etched its history with a new outlook. The Church was Consecrated and blessed by Rt. Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Fernando, the Bishop of Mannar on the 3rd of February 2020. It is remarkable and unforgettable that the efforts put from the time of Fr. Gerald OMI, and then Fr. Jerome Lambert, OMI, the then chaplains. Now it was completed with the help of Fr. Jude Carowf, OMI. We congratulate all the three Oblates for their contribution in building this new chapel for the worship of the people, particularly the patients.
