The first graceful event, after having assumed the mission at Iruthayapuram, was the Conferring of the Sacrament of Confirmation. Rt. Rev. Dr. Noel Emmanuel, the Bishop of Trincomalee confirmed 10 children and eight children received First Holy Communion. Sincere thanks go to Rev.
