With the generous financial support and constant encouragement of Lebara Foundation in United Kingdom, a newly constructed library was inaugurated in Kilinochi. The Educational Resource Centre now operates from its new building at Annai Illam, 87, Kanahambikaikulam, Kilinochi, on Saturday(16. 02. 2013). The new ERC includes Language Labs, Lecture Halls and Lebara Library to provide an educational service for the people in Kilinochi. Rev. Dr. Justin Gnanapragasam, the Vicar General of the Diocese of Jaffna was the Chief Guest of this event. Dr. Gopakumar Nair, the director of Lebara Foundation was also present. Rev. Fr. M. Paul Natchethiram OMI the provincial of Jaffna, and Rev. Fr. Jeevenra Paul OMI, the Grant Director from General administration were also present. Rev. Fr.
