The present situation in Sri Lanka is well-known all around the world. Almost all Sri Lankan citizens are facing so many problems nowadays, especially the country’s Economic crises. Though the country is in this pathetic situation after the Covid-19 lockdown and the economic crises some of the political parties are trying to turn the focus of the people in a different direction in order to break the bonds of people among the ethnic groups and religions. In this situation, the people must be guided properly to face the challenges and revive their lives. We, the Centre for Peace and Reconciliation mostly work on it and try to give some awareness programs for the people to bring about peace and reconciliation among them and raise the standard of their lives. We all need a change, and we all have to work for it. CPR with the financial support of MISEREOR continues its work to achieve the goal of the project.
