As it was planned by the district superior, Rev. Fr. B.Jeyabalan OMI, the Oblates gathered at Gnanodhayam on Monday, 22nd of October, 2012, at 9.30a.m. We began our day with reciting the holy rosary. After that we gathered in the common hall and shared our experiences which everyone cherished in their own mission field. Some of them shared very thought provoking points in the group. Then we had tea break and as the tea time over around 11.30 a.m we celebrated the holy Eucharist. Rev. Fr. B.Jeyabalan OMI presided over the Mass. the end of the Eucharistic celebration, the day’s programme terminated at about 1.30p.m with a delicious lunch.

Father singare was born on 2nd July 1920 at madhalegal. He was from the perishop Saint Thomas madhale in the dioces of jaffna.
