The Oblates of the Jaffna Province celebrated the feast of their founder on 21st of May 2012. Provincial Superior, Rev.Fr. M. Paul Natchethiram OMI was the main celebrant at the Holy Mass. Fr. Provincial pointed out in his homily the need of prophetic role of the Oblates in the Church at this crucial time of our people. Many Priests, Religious diocesan seminarians were present at the Holy Eucharistic celebration.
