Fr. Edwin Vasantharasan Selvaratnam OMI was conferred PhD on 27 February 2014 by SAIDI Graduate School in Antipolo, Philippines. His research was on “Evolving Formative Leadership Paradigms in major Religious Congregations in Sri Lanka”. He said that he profited very much personally from the research he had conducted: to move from a hierarchical model to a collaborative model in formation and leadership.
