Former Secretary of Fr. Provincial, Fr. Meno Basti OMI has left for Germany on 19th of September, to work in the Province of Germany. He has been working as Provincial’s secretary for more than three years in the Province of Jaffna and that was his first obedience also. At present he has taken his residence at the Oblate Provincialate, Oblaten Kloster, Drosselweg, 3 Mainz, Germany.
