The Oblate Preaching community in Vavuniya is conducting a grand mission in Vavuniya Parish covering all the Substations of the Parish. The mission commenced on the 14th of April and it will end on the 12th of May 2013. First week oblates are involved in house visiting and other renewal activities. There are around 900 families in the Parish. We ask our oblates to pray for the preachers as well as for the people of Vavuniya Parish as we undertake this renewal Journey with the help of God’s and strength. The mission is headed by rev. Fr. Stany Antony OMI and Frs. Selvam, Jeyabalan, Clair, Amal, Jesus, Philip, Mathan and few Oblates from other mission also help us in our renewal Programmes.
