Six scholastics of our Province were conferred the minor order of acolyte by Rev.Fr. Velichor Abaranam Jerome OMI , the superior of the scholasticate on November 8, 2012. The scholastics who received the ministry of acolyte are J. Sahayarajan Lambert OMI, S. Varatharajan Croos OMI, M. Patrick Prasanth OMI, T. Jesupalan OMI , M. Deloshan Rajeeve OMI and A. Jesuraj Croos OMI. As the preparation for this, the scholasticate community followed a day of recollection , preached by Rev.Fr. Stephen CR, the Prior of Arul Ashram, Jaffna.
