Rev. Fr. Francis Liguori Nicholas Croos, OMI has been appointed the Provincial Treasurer for a first term. Fr. F.L.N. Croos had been serving as Parish Priests in the dioceses of Jaffna and Mannar for thirty one years. He Completed the Licentiate in Missiology at Gregorian University and was teaching Missiology, Ecumenism and Homiletics at St. Xavier’s Seminary, Jaffna for 10 years. We thank him for having consented to accept this mission soon after the tragic death of Fr. Victor Jeyasingam, OMI, the former Provincial Treasurer.
