Rev. Fr. Eugene Benedict, the Provincial met the Scholastics at De Mazenod Scholasticate, Jaffna and Kandy and had an individual one-to-one talk with them. Personal journey with the individual should be the key element in the Formation. Since Fr. Provincial is in-charge of the initial formation he made it possible to accompany them and guide them.
