On the 17th of March 2016 the Provincial Superior of Jaffna laid the foundation stone for Youth Empowerment Centre. Since the project-land at Arialai was bought by late Fr. Patrick Gananapragasam OMI, it was deemed fit to lay the foundation on the day of his paternal feast, viz. feast of St. Patrick. This project is co-financed by HAVONOS and WILDE GANZEN from Holland. The aim of this project is to impart “purpose” in the life of today’s youth who need formation and animation.
