Fr. Marc DESSUREAULT OMI, treasurer General of the Congregation of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate has arrived to Jaffna today. Fr. M. Paul Natchethiram OMI, Provincial of the Jaffna Province gave a warm welcome and introduced all the oblates to Fr. Marc as he visits Jaffna for the first time.
