Forty seven years ago the Decree on the Adaptation and Renewal of the Religious Life (Perfectae Caritatis 1965) urged a process of renewal that would include returning constantly both to the sources of all Christian life and to the original spirit of one’s Institute and also adapting to the signs of the time ( PC 2).

Bishop Winston Fernando,S.S.S, the Bishop of Badulla, has admitted Fr. B. Eugene omi to his dioceson Council. He will be in the College of Consulters of the Diocese. He has also assigned him to be in- charge of Family Apostolate, Legion of Mary, Diocesan weekly ‘ Neerodai’ and the director of Vocation .
